Your responsibilities will include

• Application Configuration: Collaborate with customers to configure and customize applications according to their requirements
• Testing: Conduct thorough testing after each application change to ensure performance and reliability
• Troubleshooting: Proactively identify and resolve application issues within defined Service Level Agreements (SLAs)
• Ticketing System: Utilize our ticketing system to accurately update the status and progress of support tickets
• Daily Operations: Handle day-to-day operational tasks raised by our customers, ensuring a seamless user experience
• Performance Optimization: Maintain and optimize application performance to meet defined standards
• Prioritization: Assess and evaluate the time required to address and prioritize bug fixes and feature requests
• Collaboration: Engage in selected meetings, conferences, conference calls, and planning sessions to contribute to the team's success
• Monitoring: Implement monitoring scripts and set alarms for critical parameters based on standard metrics to ensure application stability

Requirements

• Education: A minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent relevant experience
• Technical Skills: Proficiency with Linux, MySQL, Oracle, and PL/SQL
• Adaptability: The ability to readily adapt to changes in processes, procedures, and priorities
• Communication: Exceptional communication, documentation, and training skills
• Language: Upper-intermediate English language knowledge
• Organizational Skills: Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
• Time Management: Ability to work effectively under pressure, with excellent time management and multitasking skills
• Bonus Skills: Experience in supporting enterprise applications is a plus
