Requirements

• Minimum 1-2 years of experience in social media marketing, preferably within the transportation or B2C industry
• Proven track record of creating engaging social media content that drives results
• Excellent understanding of social media platforms (Instagram, Telegram, etc.) and their functionalities
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with drivers online
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement a strategic social media content calendar for driver-focused channels (e.g., Instagram)
• Create engaging content that informs, educates, and motivates drivers
• Manage community engagement by responding to comments, questions, and concerns in a timely and professional manner
• Analyze social media data and identify opportunities to improve content performance and engagement
• Collaborate with internal teams (Marketing, Driver Operations) to develop content that aligns with company goals and driver needs
• Stay up-to-date on the latest social media trends and best practices
