Job Description

• Forming the project management office and guiding team members as EPMO Office.
• Drafting the project charter, determining the scope and goals of the projects .
• Identifying project stakeholders and analyzing their needs
• Defining and implementing methods, standards, procedures and models related to project management
• Forecasting the resources needed to achieve project goals and effective and efficient management of resources
• Identifying and analyzing possible obstacles and risks in projects and pursuing their resolution
• Planning and budget preparation based on the range of activities and required resources
• Continuous monitoring and supervision of the progress of projects, identifying and implementing the required reforms
• Providing relevant reports, such as project progress reports, as well as preparing reports and documents for various stakeholders
• Evaluating the performance of projects and preparing analytical and management reports
• Proficiency in project management software such as MSP
• Mastering the PMBOK project management standard and agile frameworks such as Scrum
• Getting to know and work with JIRA and Confluence software
• Key PMO Responsibilities:
• Establish Project Governance Structure
• Provide Management Reports
• Prioritize Projects as per Strategic Business Objectives
• Plan and Schedule Resource Efficiently
• Streamline and Automate Processes and Workflows
• Maximize Strategic & Billable Resource Utilization
• Mentor and Train Project Managers
