Hiring Business data analyst in Golestan

Requirements

• We are looking for a qualified and enthusiastic data analyst to join us. We expect him/her to provide a data-driven insight of business to executives in 4 main categories: Fist Business and market, Second, internal processes, Third, customers and Forth, suppliers sides. We need to assign numerical value to essential business functions so that business performance can be assessed and compared over periods of time.
• This role will be closely work with the CEO and is a key person as a decision maker by providing related reports to executives for developing strategies and targets. Besides, prepare data-based reports for operations to hit their targets
• Our ideal candidate, in addition of technical, analytical and statistical knowledge, has business overview
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Industrial Engineering, Information Technology Management (ITM), Computer Science, Statistics, or other related fields
• Technical expertise regarding data modeling skills and implementation, data mining, or experience with reporting infrastructures or databases (SQL, Power BI, Tableau) or knowledge of statistics and experience using statistical packages for analyzing datasets (Excel, SPSS, Minitab, SAS, Python, R, etc.)
• Have knowledge of descriptive and Inferential statistic.
• Familiar with developing targets, objectives (KPIs, OKR or …)
• Being detail oriented and accurate
• Strong team player with the ability to communicate well.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
• Self-motivated and able to work independently when needed
• High level of Team working and communication skills
• High level of Problem-solving skill
• Seniority: Both junior or senior could be acceptable

Main Responsible

• Collecting data from software used by different departments (Mostly excel type)
• Perform initial analysis to assess the quality of the data meaning of data then prepare clean data for analyze (including includes removing errors, identifying outliers, and transforming data into a format that can be analyzed)
• Analyze the data and result, based on clear and meaningful statistical methods
• Summarize results and prepare related reports with acceptable visual presentation and description
• Finding errors or out of range pattern in all business areas
• Help different departments to keep their standard and improvement
• Finding problems and estimate the possibilities
• Communicate and present reports to the responsible people:
• Provide related reports to executives to define company’s strategies and targets
• Plan, design, monitor and provide related reports to managers and operation team to define objectives, monitoring indicators (KPIs), due to reach the targets
