Job Description

• Carry out troubleshooting and maintenance activities of all secondary manufacturing Machines efficiently in a shift in collaboration with the team and other crew members, to achieve Maximum output, zero quality defects, Machine health improvement, safe work practice, and minimum waste inappropriate manner
• Adherence to a high production rate
• Ensuring handover takeover during the shift changeover with proper feedback
• Correction of Machine performance issues, Break downs in shifts, and necessary feedbacks to the next Shift and departmental head
• Solve recurring and chronic run ability and quality issues in terms of performance and quality

Requirements

• Electronic bachelor
• 5 years Experience in Tobacco or related industry
• Trouble shooting skills on all SMD Technologies Machineries
• Knowledge on Pneumatics and hydraulics
• PLC & Automation
• Safety and Housekeeping
• 5S/Lean
• English Language skills
• Experienced in Electrical field with Cig manufacturing Industry background
