Hiring Senior Process excellence Specialist in Tehran

Requirements

• A Senior Process Excellence Specialist is a professional who is responsible for improving the efficiency and effectiveness of business processes within an organization. This role typically involves identifying areas where processes can be optimized or streamlined, developing and implementing process improvement plans, and monitoring and measuring the success of these initiatives.
• Conducting process assessments and identifying opportunities for improvement
• Developing and implementing process improvement plans
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure process changes are successfully implemented
• Developing and delivering training programs to ensure employees understand new processes and procedures
• Measuring the success of process improvement initiatives and reporting results to senior management
• Participating in cross-functional project teams to ensure process excellence standards are being met
• Implementing and SOP across the business
• Finding the current process bottlenecks and optimize the process and share the reports on improvements
• Strong Understanding of Process improvement methods (Such as Lean and Six Sigma)
• At least 2 years of experience in operations, analytics, and project management
• Having strong analytical skills and experience with quantitative data analysis, deep actionable insights, modeling, and advanced test plan design and analysis
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams
• Good Knowledge on Excel and Sql serv
• Strong documentation skill (SOP, BPMN, process mapping)
• Excellent Communication and presentation skills (Farsi & English)
• Have a strong sense of ownership
• Commitment to learning
• Ability to work under pressure to tight deadlines
